Dwayne graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1982 as a Petroleum Engineer. He immediately started working with Pennzoil where he was responsible for the supervision of work-over, drilling and production operations for over 50 wells. In 1990 Dwayne joined Halliburton Energy Services, where he worked as an Operations Engineer in various locations along the Louisiana Gulf Coast, Southern California Pacific Coast and South Texas. In 1995, still with Halliburton, Dwayne elected to specialize in Coiled Tubing Technology and became the Coiled Tubing Technical Specialist in Houston, Texas, where he worked until becoming the Operations Engineer in Fresno, Texas. In 1998 Dwayne joined Braemar Steege as part of the company's ongoing commitment to recruit the most experienced oil field professionals to their loss adjusting team. Dwayne quickly integrated and continues to adjust a mix of energy and marine insurance claims including control of well, rig, platform, pipelines, oilfield service equipment, including remotely operated vehicles and down-hole equipment.

Chuck joined Braemar Steege in 1997 with some 14 years adjusting experience and 10 years field experience behind him. Further experience and training has resulted in a broad track record that includes rig physical damage, onshore property, major offshore construction and package policy claims.

Chuck's broad experience has been vital to the successful management of a varied case load that includes the settlement and negotiation of major refinery claims totalling in excess of a billion dollars and countless hurricane claims encompassing physical damage, control of well and loss of production income. As Senior Vice President of the Houston office, Chuck supports the operational management of a team of experienced adjusters, the allocation of resources to ensure the efficient handling of the office case load, and continues to encourage and recruit new talent into the industry.

Keith's adjusting career is based on his formal qualifications backed by considerable practical experience and linguistic skills. Having gained a Masters degree in Modern Languages at Cambridge, and having qualified and practised as a teacher, in 1981 Keith joined the London office of leading average adjusters Richards Hogg International, adjusting marine hull claims.

He spent 3 years in Rotterdam, providing service to Dutch, French and North African clients, after which he returned to London to specialize in Latin American business. During this period he qualified both as an ACII and as a Fellow of the Association of Average Adjusters.

After a brief posting to Paris, in 1997 he moved to Houston to head up the company's Latin American service. Shortly after CTC acquired RHI, he founded CTC's Mexico office and was its non-resident Managing Director until 2002.

By then he was also the principal energy claims executive for Taylor Risk Consulting in the USA as well as continuing to be responsible for CTC's hull adjusting in the Americas. During this time he also acted as the Standard P&I Club's local correspondent.

After returning to Continental Europe with CTC in 2004, the following year he was appointed head of energy claims at Marsh, London.
